d) Communications: Records of interactions with our customer support, reviews, and feedback.

• Government authorities, pursuant to legal requests,

• Investors, acquirers, or successors in case of business transfer.

6.2. Cart Daddy E Hub does not sell or rent Personal Information to unaffiliated third parties.

13. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, hacking, government restrictions, or pandemics.

14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Disputes may also be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration at Prayagraj.

15. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
As per applicable law, Cart Daddy E Hub has appointed a Grievance Officer. Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days.
